Meet the Staff

 Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and Maryland Board Approved Supervisor for both LCADC & LCPC. Stephanie began with ADAC in October 2023 as the Clinical Director. Stephanie is in the dissertation phase of her Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision. Her dissertation focuses on long-term recovery. Stephanie earned her master’s degree from Walden University in December 2013, focusing on Human Services and Mental Health Counseling. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s from Mt. St. Mary’s in 2008. In addition to providing clinical supervision for ADAC, she is the director of a free mental health clinic through Hood College, Neighborhood Counseling Training Clinic. Stephanie has over 20 years of humanities work, including MAT, Inpatient, Outpatient, Individual, group, and private practices. Stephanie has a deep passion for working in recovery and is excited to be part of the ADAC program 

Deanna Bailey is the Program Director of ADAC.  She has over 40 years of direct counseling services in accredited Maryland state agencies.   She has over 2000 hours of certified training and clinical supervision.  She is a Certified Alcoholism Counselor in MD and a National Certified Addiction Counselor II.  She is also a Certified Associate Counselor-Alcohol and Drug as well as a National Certified Gambling Counselor.

Keisha has a master's degree in Psychology with an Addictions Focus. She began with ADAC in 2014 as an intern, and currently is a Certified Associate Counselor - Addiction & Drug and ADAC's COO (Chief of Operations). Her primary focus is working with adolescents, which includes attending Juvenile Court weekly. She also enjoys participating in community events to help educate the public on addiction and recovery. Keisha chose this field because of her personal experiences with trauma in hopes to help others now and to try and make things better for next generation

Tyler is a Certified Associate Counselor - Alcohol & Drug. Tyler began with ADAC as an intern in 2015 and has continued to grow with company and received her supervisor status in 2021. Her educational background includes a BS in Psychology with a concentration in chemical dependency counseling and addictions from Frostburg State University in 2015.  She facilitates numerous outpatient treatment groups, including Intensive Outpatient Treatment, individual counseling and the 12-hour DUI education program. Tyler chose to work in this field due to her personal experiences and wanting to help others.

Susan joined ADAC in August 2020, and since become a Certified Supervised Counselor - Alcohol and Drug & Acupuncture Detox Specialist in the state of MD. After retirement from a successful career as a Massage therapist, she decided to "pay it forward" to all those who were there to help her during her own difficult times. She returned to school and completed her degrees in Human Services (AS) & Substance Abuse Counseling (AAS). Susan's hope is to help bring more "alternative" modalities to our recovery program. Her philosophy on recovery she developed after years of struggles with substance use herself. Meditation, Mindfulness, & 5-point NADA acupuncture is just a few of the services that she offers. Successful recovery requires work and a multi-dimensional approach so each person is treated as an individual worthy of respect and support.

Lisa is a Certified Associate Counselor - Alcohol & Drug through the MD Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. She has a Master's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Addiction from Purdue University. Her personal experience with addiction has given her a drive and sincere desire to make a difference. Addiction is not black and white and it is important to her to individualize treatment for all of her clients.

 Alyssa is an Alcohol & Drug Trainee (ADT)  working towards obtaining her Certified Supervised Counselor- Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD) and further education. Alyssa started with ADAC as an intern in 2024 and has since joined the team. She is passionate about helping rehabilitate those who struggle with addiction by exploring the underlying cause and helping teach coping skills that are unique to each individual. 

Katelyn is an Alcohol & Drug Trainee Counselor. Her educational background includes being 2006 Graduate from Allegany College of Maryland & a 2018 graduate of Garrett College, with a degree in Addictions Counseling. Katelyn's passion is to give back to her community and advocate for the most vulnerable populations. Katelyn uses every opportunity to learn and grow, with her clients. Katelyn is grateful, daily, for this journey.

Amy is a Alcohol & Drug Trainee. She graduated from the Human Service program at ACM with her Associate's Degree and addiction certification and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree through the Behavioral Health program at Seton Hill University. Amy's passions involve helping others to see the light in the darkness and being an advocate for those that face stigma. She believes that it is important for everyone to be seen and heard and takes pride in being a safe space for everyone.
