Stephanie began with ADAC in October 2023 as the Clinical Director. Stephanie is in the dissertation phase of her Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision

Her dissertation focuses on long-term recovery. Stephanie earned her master’s degree from Walden University in December 2013, focusing on Human Services and Mental Health Counseling. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s from Mt. St. Mary’s in 2008. In addition to providing clinical supervision for ADAC, she is the director of a free mental health clinic through Hood College, Neighborhood Counseling Training Clinic. Stephanie has over 20 years of humanities work, including MAT, Inpatient, Outpatient, Individual, group, and private practices. Stephanie has a deep passion for working in recovery and is excited to be part of the ADAC program
Deanna Bailey is the Program Director of ADAC. She has over 40 years of direct counseling services in accredited Maryland state agencies. Tyler is a Certified Associate Counselor - Alcohol & Drug. Tyler began with ADAC as an intern in 2015 and has continued to grow with company and received her supervisor status in 2021. Her educational background includes a BS in Psychology with a concentration in chemical dependency counseling and addictions from Frostburg State University in 2015. She facilitates numerous outpatient treatment groups, including Intensive Outpatient Treatment, individual counseling and the 12-hour DUI education program. Tyler chose to work in this field due to her personal experiences and wanting to help others.

She returned to school and completed her degrees in Human Services (AS) & Substance Abuse Counseling (AAS). Susan's hope is to help bring more "alternative" modalities to our recovery program. Her philosophy on recovery she developed after years of struggles with substance use herself. Meditation, Mindfulness, & 5-point NADA acupuncture is just a few of the services that she offers. Successful recovery requires work and a multi-dimensional approach so each person is treated as an individual worthy of respect and support.
